Food grade rubber hoses are mainly used in the food production and supply chain. It must not affects the taste and color of the food, and must meet the hygiene requirements. Our food grade hose uses high-quality rubber raw materials,has the product characteristics of wear resistance, oil resistance, and high pressure resistance. It is suitable for inhaling and transporting milk, beer, juice, oil, their by-products and greasy fluids. It is widely used in dairy factories, edible oil factories, cheese factories,beverages, beer factories or other food factories.
Food grade rubber hose characteristics
No plasticizer, no animal-derived tube inner, prevent the spread of bacteria, and no contact pollution to the transported product. The synthetic material on the hose surface is resistant to common cleaning agents and has good resistance to atmospheric erosion and aging.
General hose structure(all can be customized)
Tube inner: White,smooth,NR,NBR or EPDM food quality rubber
Reinforcement layer: high-strength multi-layer synthetic fiber, implanted spiral metal steel wire
Surface layer: synthetic rubber, blue, anti-wear, anti-air erosion, anti-aging, smooth, cloth-like surface
Temperature range: -20℃~90℃, can be steam sterilized at 130℃ for no more than 30 minutes
Working pressure: 6-10bar
Safety factor: 3 times the working pressure
