PTFE/teflon lined wire braided metal hose is braided Convoluted hose comprised a convoluted PTFE tube liner and single or double stainless steel outer braid. It’s lightweight, has excellent flexibility, kink resistance and corrosion resistance for superior performance in chemical transfer, high temperature hydraulics, can be design and used in automotive, fluid handling, chemical transfer, paint, pharmaceutical, food & beverage processing, cosmetics and general-purpose applications
Advantages
Meanwhile, It can be used for a long time at -60～250℃, has reliable and excellent corrosion resistance, and is used to transport strong corrosive media under high temperature. Its service life of PTFE corrugated metal hose is much longer than the existing steam hoses. It does not need to be replaced after long-term use, which greatly reduces the use cost, improves the use efficiency,economical and practical.
PTFE lined metal hose core is made from virgin 100% PTFE resin without any pigment or additive, PTFE is a good anti-friction and self-lubricating material with low friction coefficient, and its static friction coefficient is less than its dynamic friction coefficient, so it has the advantages of low starting resistance and smooth running. Meanwhile, it is an excellent electrical insulation material.
Wire braiding is produced from AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel wire, also can be customized.
