Hydraulic rubber hose is a type of rubber hose which superior to ordinary rubber hose whatever in  performance or in function. It is mainly spiral by inner rubber layer and middle rubber layer and several coils of steel wire. The inner rubber’s function is to allow the conveyed medium to withstand a certain pressure and meanwhile to prevent the steel wire be corroded. The outer rubber layer is to prevent the steel wire from receiving other types of damage. That makes steel wire as framework material plays a certain role in reinforcement. Hydraulic rubber hose not only can use hydraulic power to transport media such as water and air, but also transmit high-pressure media such as oil, so that it can ensure the continuous circulation of liquid and energy transfer.

Hydraulic rubber hose according to its production process mainly divided into two type: Wire braided hydraulic hose and Spiral wire hydraulic hose.

Hydraulic rubber hose mainly used for mine hydraulic support and oilfield development, also suitable for engineering construction, lifting, transportation, metallurgy forging press, mining equipment, vessels, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools and industrial departments.

Applications: carry hydraulic liquids such as: petroleum based (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) and water based liquids (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water) ,etc.

For Spiral wire hydraulic hose

Max resistance to working pressure: 70-120mpa

Working temperature: -40℃～120℃

Diameter range: DN6mm～DN305mm, also can be customized

Standards: DIN EN 856、SAE J517、GB/T 10544-2003、ISO3862
