What should pay attention to during use of chemical hoses

We (Shandong Hesper) have two kinds of chemical hoses: UPE lined chemical rubber hose and composite hoses. What should pay attention to during the use of chemical hoses:

1. When using chemical hoses, chemical hoses must match the medium which to be transported.

2. After chemical hose are used, be sure to empty out the residual medium in the chemical hose, and clean it with water or corresponding detergent according to the transported medium.

3. After cleaning the chemical hose, dry it and store it in a cool and dry place, coiled according to the radius of curvature of the relevant data provided above in the manual, or stored flat.

4. Before storage, the two ends of the chemical hose are covered with quick connector caps to keep the inside of the chemical hose clean.

5. When laying chemical hoses, the ground should be cleaned to avoid being injured by sharp objects.

6. Avoid cross-use of chemical hoses in the case of conveying different medium to avoid accidents.

7. When using chemical hoses, if the transported medium is flammable and explosive, be sure to ground the metal joints and conductive wires of the chemical hoses, to avoid the accumulation of static electricity and deflagration during the transportation of chemical medium.

Composite hose is integrated with loose winding and polymer film sealing, which has obvious advantages over other traditional rubber hoses and metal hoses.

• 1. Compared with the rubber hose of the same specification, chemical composite hose is lighter than the rubber hose even under the same use conditions, and is very suitable for use in places with relatively large moving space, such as loading and unloading oil tankers and oil tankers.
