Ceramic Rubber Hose is compounded by high alumina ceramics and excellent natural rubber through special process. The excellent damping performance of natural rubber can help to achieve some impact resistance which will prevent the tiles from cracking in areas of high impact, which achieves a vastly superior result to ceramic lining tiles which are bonded directly to the steelworks. It combined with advantages of alumina ceramics and rubber, are beneficial to decrease downtime, maintenance cost and extend the service life of the equipment.
Applications
Ceramic rubber hose is not only fine wear-resistant product in the world, but also retains the softness and flexibility of the rubber, widely used in steel plants, power plants, cement plants, shipyards, fertilizer plants, foundries, mines, ports, paper mills, sandblasting surface treatment industry, sand pumping pipelines, concrete pump truck pipelines, and so on.
Features
1. Wear resistant : alumina ceramic lining wear resistant is 5 times better than steel, its performs far better than usual rubber hose.
2.Impact resistant: Severe impact will not harm the ceramic internal, the impact force will be transferred through the ceramic and dissipated through the rubber lining.
3. Highly flexible: The cylindrical alumina wear segment design and precise matrix arrangement within the rubber hose, allows a generous amount of flexibility without adverse effects on erosion resistant.
4. Corrosion resistant: The rubber we use can offer a wide range of corrosion resistance against nearly all harsh chemicals which found in slurry.
