Composite hose is a kind of a variety of polymeric material reinforced layer, sealing layer and external anti-wear and anti aging layer. It’s wrapped by computer-aided “labyinth” seal and is composed of internal and external spiral steel wire support fastened. It originated in Europe, is the latest generation of safety petrochemical hose.
Product Introduction
Composite hose assemblies each connection is specifically engineered, designed and manufactured, to engage and make a perfect union with the hose wall and the hose shank or tailpiece. The ferrule and tailpiece are permanently engaged to the hose by the external swaging or crimping process. This provides the hose assembly that is engineered to perform to rated burst pressure and the client is assured of 100% performance of the complete hose assembly.
Exclusive construction allows for excellent flexibility,rugged cover is resistant to oil, cuts, scuffs and ozone attack. Composite hose is designed with the combination of multi-layer of different polymers and spirals in stainless steel 304 or 316L with the latest manufacturing technology that makes it an excellent and safe solution to support cryogenic products at extreme temperatures up to -196ºC and working pressures up to 10,5Bar.Composite hose like other hose, provides the vital flexible connection to compensate for vibration, movement, or misalignment in a fluid transfer system.In typical applications such as liquefied natural gas discharge loading both on trucks, wagons and even Marine applications,included ship to ship refueling operations.
